Our private residence project, located in the city of Bukavu in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo, has a total construction area of 1200m² over 6800m² and has a closed area of 400m². Our project, which is located on a hill with a view of the country's largest lake in terms of its location, includes 1 pool house, semi-olympic swimming pool, a fire pit and an infinity pool in the pool. The natural texture of the region has been preserved and it has an extremely simple exterior inspired by traditional houses. The interior spaces of our project are designed in complete contrast to the modest and simple style prevailing in the exterior, and our customer's lifestyle is fully reflected with luxury touches. The project, which started in December 2020, received design approval, however it is currently suspended due to security problems in the region.
